A long-standing partnership with George and Bill Floratis of Cambridge Construction culminated last year in the opportunity to collaborate on their most ambitious project to date.

10 Highgate Hill is a stunning example of a home where every family need has been considered. The residence features a vast study with an adjoining leisure area, expansive family and formal living and dining spaces, a fully fitted and upholstered media room, generously sized bedrooms, and a spectacular top-level bar and entertaining area with panoramic views from Toorak to the city.

Leah Hallis, Creative Director at Create Expectations and Create Interiors, played a pivotal role in the project, assisting with the selections of floorboards, carpets, wallpapers, window furnishings, and an exquisite array of international light fittings. Leah also led the creative direction of the installation, resulting in a sensational outcome that elevated the property’s architectural vision into a warm and luxurious family home.
